Reiki Level One
Traditional Usui Reiki Level One (Shoden) held in an intimate group setting or one-on-one.
Reiki is a beautiful Japanese healing modality that allows you to channel life force energy.
In level one you are taught how to channel and practice Reiki on yourself, loved ones, animals, food and plants.
Reiki level one is the perfect place to start on your self-healing journey, as the modality teaches you how to hold space for yourself and reconnect to your mind, body, spirit and the universe.
Course Outline:
What is Reiki.
What is energy.
The history of Reiki.
The five principles of Reiki (precepts).
Key information regarding the chakra system, aura and clair senses.
Some spiritual basics such as energy protection and clearing.
How to channel Reiki.
Hand positions for both a self-healing and healing a loved one.
Reiki Level One Attunement.
Reiki with plants, food and animals.
Facebook group support for students.
Course includes hands-on training, printed guidebook, level one attunement and certificate of completion.
There are no prerequisites for this course.

Reiki Level Two
Traditional Usui Reiki Level Two (Okuden), held in an intimate group setting or one-on-one.
Reiki level two allows you to deepen your practice by learning about and becoming attuned, to the first 3 sacred healing symbols, accessing mental, emotional and distant healing.
Level two is also the practitioner level. Upon completion, you will be eligible to become a Reiki Practitioner and charge for your services if you like.
The course includes hands on training, detailed guidebook including practitioner example forms, level two attunement, lineage and certificate of completion.

Reiki Level 3A
Traditional Usui Reiki Level 3A Master-Practitioner (Introduction to Shinpiden), held in an intimate group setting or one on one.

Designed for those who have completed Levels 1 and 2, this transformative training takes your practice to the next level, empowering you to channel Reiki energy more effectively and intuitively.
In our comprehensive course, you’ll delve deeper into advanced techniques, deeper into your practice- both on yourself and on your clients and receive the first two master symbols in our lineage.
In this level we begin to explore self-mastery helping you to understand and harness the profound connection between mind, body and spirit, enabling you to master your own energy, emotions and life path.
Mel, our experienced Reiki Master-Teacher, provides personalized guidance, ensuring you gain the confidence and expertise required.
Course includes printed or PDF guidebook, level 3A attunement and certificate of completion.

Reiki Level 3B Master-Teacher
Dive into the pinnacle of Reiki mastery with our Traditional Usui Reiki Level 3B Master-Teacher (Shinpiden), held in an intimate group setting online via Zoom Wednesday nights for 20 weeks.
In this transformative journey, you'll delve deep into our lineages Master Symbols and unlock the keys to profound self-realization and ascend to new heights of spiritual awareness.
This mentorship consists of 1 weekly call that includes a group distant healing, every week for 20 weeks!
You'll be introduced to 17 new symbols - one each week, receive a weekly group distant healing by Mel, learn about teaching Reiki and evolve not only yourself, but your practice.
You'll receive the master attunement, learn how to attune others & upon completion be qualified to teach the gift that is Reiki.
Prerequisites are Usui Reiki Level 1, 2, 3A any lineage.
Course includes PDF guidebook, Master-Teacher attunement, special gift, Lineage certificate and Master-Teacher certificate.
